Turner Pest Control leased suite 100 of 12,000 square feet, providing new pest control services to the Clearwater area.

Full Spectrum leased Suite 150 with 10,118 square feet as a data center operation.

Johnson-Lancaster and Associates Inc. leased Suite 200 with 5,490 square feet of flex space in which they will be introducing food services equipment engineering, design and purchasing.

Teams Solutions Dental, LLC leased suite 250 with 4,677 square feet and providing lab services dental equipment.

RemSleep Holdings Inc. will be leasing both suites 300 and 400 with 9,667 square feet of space to provide medical devise manufacturing.

6925 4th St. N., St. Pete Purchased

Scott Clendening has also represented the buyer, Chris Sanders of Sanders Law and Title Company, in the purchase of an office in St. Petersburg on 4th street. This property is located at 6925 4th St. N. in St. Petersburg and was sold for $2,250,000. This 7,000+ square foot property comes with excellent visibility and functionality. The buyer is now underway with significant renovations and upgrades for the new home of Sanders Law and Title Company.
