Commercial Partners Realty has had a robust year thus far in 2022, completing 56 commercial real estate transactions in the Tampa Bay Market.  Below are some of our influential transactions we  in the 3rd quarter:

CPR Broker Scott Clendening represented the Tenant Gemini Engineering & Sciences Inc., in the lease of an office space for their new Regional Headquarters. The lease transaction was completed at First Central Tower in St. Petersburg. This office will provide stunning views across downtown St. Petersburg.

Our Land Specialist Jim Engelmann Represented the seller, Telesco Properties LLC., in the sale of 3820 Coconut Palm Drive in Tampa at the beginning of May. This 8,288 sf childcare academy was sold for $1,825,000 to Day Care Property Holdings, LLC. With several amenities included in the sale, this property will provide ample opportunity to build enrollment within the local business community.

Our Retail/Land Specialist Frank Bozikovich represented the buyer, BLR Financial LLC., in the purchase and lease of the Orkin Building in St.  Petersburg. Located at 3419 18th Ave S, this 3,032 sf of flex space that includes a separate 414 sf on site storage space was sold for $603,000. Frank also represented BLR Financial LLC. As the Landlord in the lease of their newly purchased property. By mid-August, the Property was leased to John’s Auto, LLC.

Our Office specialist Erik Anderson represented the Sublessor, PandaDoc Inc., in the sublease of an office suite at 150 2nd Ave N in downtown St. Petersburg. Erik helped our client find a space that fits their time and size requirements in order to revitalize their tech business from a post-pandemic situation.

Our Vice President Austin Karrick represented the seller, JF Wine Imports, with the sale of a Mainstream Business Park condo at 7270 114th Ave, Pinellas Park. This 2,400 sf office condo was sold to Crowder Investments for $450,000. Austin has also represented JF Wine Imports as tenants for a warehouse space in Largo, located at 10741 & 10801 Endeavor Way, Ste G.

From the Tampa team, our Industrial specialist David Culligan represented tenant, FHIA LLC, in the lease of a flax space located at 5910 Benjamin Center Drive in Tampa.

Our Tampa team Industrial specialist Hayden Peiker represented the landlord, Skyway Plaza II LLC, in the lease of an office/flex unit located at 10550 72nd st N, in Largo. The fully occupied property is currently for sale as an investment for $2,575,000.

Our VP of Commercial Services Kevin Yeager represented the buyer, KBBT Holding LLC, in the purchase of 5298 Haines Road. This automotive retail space sold for $650,000.
