The lease was for 16,185 SF of warehouse space in the Thompson Center II
industrial park located at 5411 & 5505 Johns Rd Tampa. This location
is ideal for Tampa Bay Times due to the central location, which is ideal as it
allows them to optimize their delivery routes and distribution network.
Marko assisted his client in cutting their lease expense by half as well as aligning timelines perfectly so the client can move into
the new space as their current lease expires, without having to hold two leases. In addition to finding an industrial park that could
accommodate a 100-car parking need in the Tampa airport market, he was able to secure the most competitive lease rate for his client
with all requested tenant improvements provided and paid for by the landlord.
