Scott Clendening

Scott Clendening is the Founder and Broker of Commercial Partners Realty (CPR). He has served the Central Florida commercial real estate market since 1985, specializing in the sales, leasing, development, and investment of office and industrial properties. Over nearly four decades, Scott has helped hundreds of owners, investors, landlords, and tenants achieve their commercial real estate goals.

Throughout his career, Scott has built a reputation for practical advice, market knowledge, and a steady approach to complex transactions. Having worked through multiple real estate cycles, he understands that every assignment presents unique opportunities and challenges. Clients appreciate his ability to anticipate obstacles, negotiate effectively, and provide sound guidance from the beginning of a transaction through closing.

In 1995, Scott co-founded Commercial Partners Realty with a vision of creating a brokerage centered on relationships, professionalism, and exceptional client service. He later established a strategic partnership with civil engineering firm George F. Young, Inc. (GFY), giving clients access to a broader range of expertise while streamlining the entitlement, development, and due diligence process.

Beyond serving clients, Scott has dedicated himself to advancing the commercial real estate profession. He was a founding member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) and has spent years mentoring brokers while helping shape the next generation of commercial real estate professionals. His commitment to sharing knowledge and developing talent continues to influence both CPR and the Tampa Bay commercial real estate community.

Outside the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, participating in his church, and staying active outdoors. An avid sportsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, tennis, and golf. He also supports several community organizations, including Ready for Life.
