Sandy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and completed graduate work at the University of South Florida. Organizational memberships include ULI Tampa Bay, CCIM West Coast District, and the U.S. Green Building Council.

Her recent sales include a Bank of America branch for $5.5M and a mixed-use property comprised of retail and a 79-pad mobile home park for $2.85M.
