Kevin Yeager

Kevin is the Vice President of Commercial Services at Commercial Partners Realty and has been in commercial real estate since 2003. Kevin manages tenant representation, landlord representation, investment sales, and owner/user transactions for our client’s success. His clients appreciate his wealth of knowledge and professionalism in securing and closing deals. With his vast experience and time in the marketplace, Kevin has come to be known amongst the commercial real estate as someone with great intellect and wisdom.

A graduate of Eckerd College with a degree in International Business, with concentrations on Finance & Banking. As a Florida licensed real estate broker and 2021 President of the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors (FGCAR), Kevin’s market knowledge and experience with all sectors of commercial properties makes him an invaluable asset to his clients.

Kevin has been deeply involved in the community for many years. He has served for the past decade in the Northeast Exchange Club of St Petersburg, Florida District Exchange, founded the Harbor Exchange Club, and is a member of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Leadership St Pete (Class of 2015) Alumni Board and Planning Committee, St Petersburg Yacht Club, as well as many other organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Outside of work Kevin enjoys traveling, diving, biking, hiking, fishing, cooking and reef tank husbandry.
