Born and raised in Northeast Florida, she relocated to St. Petersburg in 2015 to complete her studies at the University of South Florida–St. Petersburg. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Jessy built her career in logistics. She gained hands-on experience in warehousing, transportation, distribution, and operational strategy. By working closely with business owners and leadership teams across multiple industries, she developed a strong understanding of how facility design, location, access, and infrastructure affect efficiency, scalability, and profitability. That operational foundation drives her business-first approach to industrial real estate.
