Jeff Clapacs

Jeff Clapacs is a Vice President at Commercial Partners Realty. He specializes in industrial, land, and investment opportunities throughout Pinellas County and the Greater Tampa Bay Region. Clapacs was CPR’s Top Producer in both 2024 and 2025. His accolades include two Tampa Bay Business Journal Honors (BRED Awards) and multiple FGCAR awards. He was also nominated twice by NAIOP for Land and Industrial Deals of the Year. Additional recognition includes honors from regional Chambers. These achievements reflect both his production and his strong community involvement.

Jeff’s path to commercial real estate is unique. He earned a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Duquesne University. He then spent 12 years as an NCAA Division I basketball coach. His coaching career included LSU, Arkansas State, Bowling Green, East Tennessee State, St. Bonaventure, and Bethune Cookman. His leadership instincts, competitive drive, and team-first mentality are now applied to every client and transaction. Clapacs later served as a Commercial Insurance Consultant at Brown & Brown and USI Insurance Services. He specialized in real estate, construction, and manufacturing. That experience added financial and risk-management expertise to his background.

Beyond the deal-making, Clapacs remains deeply rooted in the community. He is active in non-profit organizations with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay and 100 Good Guys St. Pete. He also serves as an active board member of CCIM. In addition, he is a member of NAIOP, ULI, REIC, SOREP, and FGCAR. He stays locally invested through several Chambers of Commerce. These include St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, and Central Pinellas. He is also involved with the Bay Area Manufacturers’ Association (BAMA). For Jeff, commercial real estate is more than a business. It is a way to strengthen the region he calls home.
