Harrison Gault

Harrison Gault grew up in St. Petersburg, where he witnessed the city’s prosperity and transformation firsthand. His education began at Saint Petersburg High School and continued at Florida State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. Those experiences helped shape his desire to contribute to the city’s continued growth and success.

After spending 14 years in St. Petersburg, Harrison has seen incredible development and remains motivated to be part of it. His passion for commercial real estate began during an internship with Commercial Partners Realty, where he later joined the team. He is dedicated to helping long-standing local businesses remain and thrive while introducing new, innovative concepts, restaurants, and shops that add to the city’s vibrancy.

Harrison’s approach is defined by clear communication, thoughtful analysis, and genuine care for his clients. He’s known for his trustworthiness, loyalty, and commitment to understanding each client’s goals. Outside of work, Harrison enjoys fishing, golfing, tennis, and wakeboarding. He also serves on the St. Anthony’s Foundation Golf Committee. His favorite quote, “Fail to plan, plan to fail,” reflects his thoughtful, methodical approach to both work and life.

Looking ahead, Harrison is focused on establishing himself as a leading restaurant broker in the Tampa Bay area, helping shape the region’s growing culinary scene.
