Chris Redfield

Chris is an office specialist with a primary focus on all markets within Hillsborough County.  In addition to helping owners and investors with the purchase, sale, and leasing of office space, he specializes in tenant representation.  Tenant representation includes not only helping office users find new office space to lease or purchase, but also assisting in the negotiation of lease extensions with existing landlords, as well as help with sub-leasing un-needed space, or helping owner-users with sale & leaseback transactions.

As a native of Omaha Nebraska, he brings a natural midwestern friendliness and work ethic to the Tampa real estate market.  He has a degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, and has held a Real Estate Brokers license for over 20 years.  He is the former Director of Condominium Sales for a large real estate company in Omaha NE, working with developers on the acquisition of land and the marketing & sales of new condominium projects.  He later owned an operated a boutique real estate brokerage in Omaha for several years.

Chris first discovered Tampa Bay in 2020 while visiting friends that relocated here and it was love at first sight.  After spending a couple of winters here, he decided to make a permanent move to the Tampa area in late 2022.  He loves all forms of boating, fishing, and is an avid bicycle rider.  After a long and distinguished slow-pitch softball career, he is excited to transition from being a person who enjoys golfing, to being a person who is able to golf year-round with a good handicap.
