Austin Karrick is the President, Broker, and Owner of Commercial Partners Realty (CPR), an independent commercial real estate brokerage serving owners, investors, tenants, and developers throughout the Tampa Bay region. Since acquiring ownership of the firm, Austin has led its continued growth while preserving the relationship-first culture that has defined CPR for more than 30 years.

Austin graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). He began his commercial real estate career specializing in Pinellas County’s industrial market before expanding his expertise across office, industrial, investment, land, and redevelopment properties throughout Tampa Bay.

Austin is committed to advancing the commercial real estate profession throughout the region. He served as President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR) in 2022, becoming the organization’s youngest president.

Today, Austin serves on the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and the Investor Relations Committee of the St Petersburg Economic Development Council. He also remains actively involved with organizations dedicated to strengthening Tampa Bay’s business community.

As President of Commercial Partners Realty, Austin develops the firm’s people, invests in innovative technology and marketing, and fosters a culture where clients and brokers alike can thrive.

His leadership philosophy centers on continuous improvement, integrity, and investing in people first. Outside the office, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, following sports, and tackling hands-on projects. One of his more unusual accomplishments came at a young age when he won a duck-calling competition, earning a lifetime membership with Ducks Unlimited.
