Chris Ewing is a Broker Associate at Commercial Partners Realty Inc. and he specializes in assisting high tech organizations with their commercial real estate objectives including space leasing as well as building acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Tampa Bay area. With 15 or so years in tech and software including 8 years in the Silicon Valley earlier in his career, Mr. Ewing understands the challenges that tech firms face in their growth and can speak their language having been in the tech trenches many years himself. Chris builds long-term business relationships with his clientele based on competency, responsiveness and trust.

Mr. Ewing earned his Bachelors of Science (BS) Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Florida Institute of Technology. He has over 20 years of business experience spanning real estate, business, technology and consulting and he holds a State of Florida Broker’s License. Mr. Ewing is an active member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® (FGCAR) and a member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay. In addition, Mr. Ewing is as an active supporter of a range of charities, non-profits and community support organizations in the Tampa Bay Area.
