Chris specializes primarily in multifamily investments and office leasing and sales for the CPR Team. He works with landlords, owners and businesses helping them buy, sell or lease office space and investment properties throughout Tampa Bay. Chris builds long term business relationships with his clientele based on competency, responsiveness and trust.

Chris earned his Bachelors of Science (BS) Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Florida Institute of Technology. He has over 20 years of business experience spanning real estate, information systems and consulting and holds a State of Florida Broker’s License. Chris is an active member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® (FGCAR), as well as an active supporter of a range of charities, non-profits and community support organizations in the Tampa Bay Area.
