Austin Karrick

Austin is the Vice President & Broker of CPR and current board member of our parent company George F. Young.

Austin has a consistent track record of facilitating commercial real estate sales and leases. He best serves his clients through his creativity, strong market knowledge and tenacity. Austin started his career in the Pinellas Industrial Market. Since then, he has systematically expanded his capacity and continues to close deals in a variety of asset classes . He finds a lot of joy in discovering and learning about the multitude of different business that call Pinellas home. His clients appreciate his straightforward delivery of information and counsel. Austin approaches each deal as a new problem looking to be solved. It is providing the solutions that brings him joy on a daily basis.

He is also on the Executive Board for Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and will is their youngest president to date after he served in the role in 2022. Austin takes his role of Vice-President of CPR to heart and is consistently working on how to keep CPR the best it can be.

Outside of work he enjoys sports, working with his hands and spending time with his family. When Austin was younger, he won a duck calling competition earning him the right to be a Ducks Unlimited member for life.
