The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS® (FGCAR) is a regional trade association dedicated to serving commercial real estate interests throughout the Tampa Bay area. With over 500 commercial brokers, agents and affiliated professionals, FGCAR provides a variety benefits and services to its members that aid them in serving their clients ethically and professionally. FGCAR is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS ®, a national trade association representing nearly 1.3 million members involved in all aspects of real estate.

Scott Clendening

FGCAR Past President, Scott Clendening is Broker and President of Commercial Partners Realty, an office, industrial, retail and investment brokerage firm and sits on the Board of Directors for CPR’s parent company, George F. Young, Inc. He is also active in various charities, having led local fundraising events for the American Heart Association and the Salvation Army.

He is a Commercial Real Estate Specialist concentrating on the Central Florida Industrial market since 1985, and is a founding member of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of REALTORS ® (FGCAR). Scott has sold hundreds of acres of land and transacted on over a million square feet of commercial/industrial buildings and has been among the top five producers in the area six of the last eight years.
