Jim Engelmann, CCIM

Jim aka “Mr. Pasco” works as a Land/Office/Investment Specialist for CPR. Jim finds much of his success as a direct result of his strategic networking. Many of his client’s successes have been a direct result of the ever-growing network of people that Jim has come to know and that like to close deals with him.

His active participation in multiple local groups, including the Rotary Club and Pasco Chamber, is the reason people have coined him as Mr. Pasco. His intimate knowledge of the area and the players involved in each deal have proven to be a strong asset to each one of his clients.  Jim embodies the values of CPR in that he believes in the power of relationships and investing in your local community.

Before his career in real estate, Jim was a popular emcee. He still practices the skills he learned in that previous life when networking and hosting events. In his down time, Jim enjoys golfing and cigars.
