Commercial Partners Realty Agents Recieve Awards

TAMPA, FL- Frank Bozikovich of Commercial Partners Realty, Inc., received recognition as a top commercial real estate agent at the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtor's annual Pinnacle Awards. Mr. Bozikovich was one of the top two producers in the regional retail division. In addition, Commercial Partners Realty agent Erik Anderson, and broker Scott Clendening received Million Dollar Producer awards.

Scott Clendening is the Broker/President of Commercial Partners Realty, Inc. Scott is a commercial real estate office and industrial specialist concentrating on the Central Florida market since 1985. Scott combines his local experience and pricing knowledge in a systematic manner that achieves results. From complex multimillion dollar build-to-suit projects and sale leasebacks to smaller real estate lease or sale transactions, each requires special skills that are all part of Scott’s expertise.
Scott has also successfully completed CCIM courses and is a founding member and current President of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, (FGCAR). He is active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and is on the Board of Directors for Commercial Partners Realty parent company, George F. Young, Inc. Armed with state-of-the-art market data and financial analysis, Scott’s negotiating skills insure that his clients get the best deal possible.

Erik Anderson is an office and industrial specialist focusing on the St. Petersburg area. Erik is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University and is now enjoying the wonderful economy and warm weather Florida has to offer. His property management experience along with his leasing and sales expertise allow Erik to provide a full range of services to his customers. Erik’s market knowledge and his education as a CCIM candidate help him to close deals efficiently and effectively in order to meet his client’s goals.

Frank Bozikovich, MBA , is a retail and land specialist in the Greater Tampa Bay market. With over 20 years of experience, Frank guides his clients through site location analysis, land assemblage, investment sales and purchases and commercial lease negotiations. He has worked with many of the nation's 100 largest retailers, the franchise industry, developers and investors. Frank is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and recently received recognition from the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors as one of Tampa Bay's top two retail agents.
